Advertising video ads on YouTube is the conducting video campaigns with Google Ads (AdWords). In Google Ads (AdWords), advertisers can crate video campaigns with 3 formats as the following:
TrueView in-stream video ad runs before, during, or after the main video on YouTube, or on partner sites and apps on the Display Network. Viewers can skip the video ad after 5 seconds.
※CPV (Cost Per View) charge. A view is counted when the video ad is viewed for 30 seconds (or less if the duration is shorter than 30 seconds), or when the ad is interacted (such as click).

Video discovery ad is displayed as a thumbnail on YouTube search results, next to related videos, or on the YouTube homepage. When thumbnail is clicked, the video ad will run.
※CPV (Cost Per View) charge. The fee is changed when user click on the thumbnail to watch the video ad.

Bumper is a short video ad that plays before, during, or after the main video on YouTube, or on partner sites and apps on the Display Network. The duration is 6 seconds or shorter and viewers cannot skip the video ad.
※CPM (Cost Per Mille) Charge. The fee is charged for every thousand impressions of video ad.
